Ingredients
1 cupful of strong, hot, black coffee
with sugar and
2-3 drops of lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp double cream or whipped cream
Preparation method
Take a glass apply some lemon juice on the top edge of a glass
and deep in a sugar then pour enough of the coffee to fill it just over half way.
Slowly pour a thick layer of double cream, whipped cream, on to the top of the
coffee so that it floats on top.
