Veg Manchurian


Ingredients :
  • 2 cups Grated Cabbage
  • 2 cups Grated Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum(square pieces)
  • 1 Chopped Onion(square pieces)
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 3-4 Crushed Garlic
  • 2 cups Maida
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1tsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 Red Chilli Powder
Method:
  • Mix grated cabbage and carrots and chopped spring onion.
  • Add 2 cups Maida.
  • Then add pepper powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, crushed garlic and little salt to it.
  • Make small balls (like koftas) of the mixture .
  • Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown, drain and keep aside.
  • Now in a separate pan heat 2 tbsp oil.
  • Sauté garlic, green chillies and capsicum and onion.
  • Add , salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder, and soya sauce. Cook it for 2-3 min.
  • Then add the fried balls to the mixture.
  • Cook the vegetable Manchurian for 3-4 minutes and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
